“Too much of a good thing can be wonderful!”
― Mae West
When it comes to chocolate and espresso, I personally don’t feel there can ever be enough, and this simple, yet delightfully decadent fudge is a delicious combination of both. This recipe is so easy – just three ingredients – it’s downright dangerous. You’ll be able to whip up a batch whenever you feel like a bit of indulgent self-pampering is in order, and it’ll also come in handy for when you have no time and want to maintain your flawless modern day Donna Reed image. Hostess gift, anyone? Oh, honestly. It was no trouble at all.
3 Ingredient Espresso Fudge
- 1 14 oz. can of condensed milk
- 12 oz. of semi-sweet chocolate (chunks or chips)
- 2 tbsp. espresso powder
Heat the condensed milk in a medium sauce pan until it is just bubbly. Stir in the chocolate, a little at a time until melted. Stir in espresso powder. Pour the mixture into a greased pan and let it set in the fridge for about 2 hours. When cooled, cut into bars. Enjoy.

Is that one ingredient “sweetened condensed milk”, such as Eagle Brand milk in a can or just plain condensed milk? Thanks in advance for your reply!!

I used Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk. Let me know how it turns out for you!

What’s espresso powder, and who makes/sells it?
Sweatpants & Coffee
It’s just finely ground coffee – which is what makes it strong when you brew it. I used Illy brand, which I love. Gevalia is another good one.
