Does anyone remember Green Rivers? I used to love ordering this sweet, lemony-limey soft drink when my grandfather would take me to one of the last remaining soda fountains in town – the kind of place that had a wraparound counter where you could sit on cracked vinyl stools and order gravy fries. I’ll admit, the big appeal of the drink was its vivid green color. It was delicious, but also: BRIGHT ELECTRIC GREEN!
The color of this grownup version takes me right back to my childhood, only with a buzz. Because childhood memories are nice, but adulting is hard and we all deserve a lovely cocktail now and then. Cheers!
