It’s  S’Mores season! My Facebook and Instagram feed are flooded with bonfires, came fires and even fire pits and I’m just over here like “How can I get some S’Mores with no fire?”

*sad face*

Well, I headed to the store and decided to make a S’Mores Cheat. It’s delicious, easy and no burned fingers!

What you will need:

  • 1 bag of Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 bag of Chocolate Chips
  • 1 box of Brownie Mix (be sure to grab any brownie ingredients on the box)
  • 1 box of Graham Crackers
  • 2 tbs melted butter
  • 1 9×9 cake pan

Take your cake pan, lightly grease it and set it aside. Grab your Graham Crackers(one whole sleeve) and using your fist, smash them up like you are smashing the patriarchy(sorry had to say it).  Once they are fine enough put them in a small bowl with two tablespoons of melted butter. Mix until blended and then press the Graham mixture onto the bottom of your greased caked pan and set aside.

Mix up your brownie mix in a large batter bowl or your mixer. Pour it over top the Graham crust in your cake pan. Follow the baking instructions on the box.

Once your brownies are done pull them from the oven and let them cool while you melt down your chocolate. Make sure to leave your oven on though, you will need it for the last step!

Grab a small skillet and on medium low heat melt down your chocolate chips until they are creamy smooth. Then pour that mixture over top of your brownies.

While the chocolate is still hot, open your marshmallows and pour a good amount over top covering your chocolate. Put your pan into the oven and bake until your marshmallows have browned slightly on top – it takes about 5-10 minutes at 375.

This dessert is best served hot, but heats up really well second day.

Now you can enjoy S’Mores all Summer long with the rest of the world, fire not necessary!
