Spotlight Review | WindPouch

We’re already half way through August and I have no idea how it happened. The kids are off to school and the warm summer nights are starting to fade. But with the Meteor Shower peaking this weekend and the Solar Eclipse happening in a few days I’m excited to break out my WindPouch again and enjoy them both! So today we are spotlighting WindPouch.

In a world where technology is engrained in every moment of our day it’s hard to find the time to simply enjoy the breeze. WindPouch was created by a team of Atlanta -based designers for one simple purpose; to get people outside. The WindPouch design makes spontaneity a breeze. WindPouch Light ($55) is only 2.6 pounds! You don’t need a pump or a power source to inflate it, all you need is a little know how and technique. It’s made of hex ripstop polyester, which is both tough and lightweight, with an internal lining that creates a water-proof, airtight environment. It can hold up to 450 pounds and even a built-in headrest. The versatility in the design makes it perfect whether you’re heading to the beach, going camping, or heading out to a concert. They all come with a lifetime warranty.

So this tutorial video saved my butt when I was trying to figure out the right technique to fill this bad boy. It really does fill the fastest when you do small, quick motions scooping up the air. But once I got it down it was easy-peasy. I’ve enjoyed afternoons out in the backyard reading and sipping sweet tea. I can’t wait to get it out on the beach and soccer season is just around the corner! No folding chairs for this Mama. I’ll just be lounging.

This little inflatable hammock has so many adventures in its sights. This is a must have for anyone looking for an easier way to relax.

They also sell the WindPouch GO ($80) it’s a little heavier duty, can hold up to 550 pounds, and is made of the same hex poly for maximum ruggedness. This would be perfect for the tall guys and gals out there, or if you want to snuggle up with your honey on. And yes! It can hold two people.
