We all know that this holiday season is going to look a little – or a lot – different this year thanks to the pandemic. While there will be no large family gatherings, no big tree trimming parties with friends and neighbors, and no office holiday shindigs, we can still find the holiday spirit in the kitchen. Whip up a selection of these eight holiday cookies (bonus points if you get the kids involved!), fill up some festive tins, and spend the afternoon spreading joy by leaving sweet treats for those you find dear, but can’t see in person. They’re sure to be a hit!
