October 29 is National Cat Day, the day set aside to celebrate all things feline. While originally founded to draw attention to the number of homeless cats across the country, it has become a wonderful opportunity for cat lovers to to celebrate the felids in their lives. So, whether your cat makes you laugh, makes you roll your eyes, or makes you scream when they bestow half-dead gifts upon your pillow, now is your chance to show them how much you love them. Tag your cat-themed social media posts with #NationalCatDay.

And without further ado, here are our favorite cat-themed Instagram accounts:

Bear says he’s just a regular guy, but in truth, is a gorgeous Himalayan cat who often looks just a bit miffed at all the attention.

Simba, may be small, but he is mighty.  A munchkin in search of perches to climb and paper to shred.

I am head over heels in love with Balam and could listen to his feline soliloquies all day long.

Cats love adventure too, and none more than Suki. A beautiful combination of a stunning cat and breathtaking photo ops.

If you just like looking at cute cats doing cute-cat-things, then look no further than this. Charlie, Melvin, and Zid will charm you with their antics. And their bow-ties.

Cornish Rex cats? I say yes!  And wearing sweaters?! Double the fun!

When you are just in the mood to look at beautiful cat photos, then Felis Gallery by Robert Sijka will be a feast for your eyes.

Her eyes may be a genetic anomaly, but I could gaze upon Olive all day long.

Looking for a little cat art for your IG feed? Then look no further than these whimsical FatCats which are sure to make you smile.

Bad hair days are an everyday occurrence for Atchoum the Cat.  And no one makes bed-head look cuter.

Finally, if you love the big cats, then The Big Cat Sanctuary is for you.  This sanctuary is focused on wild cat welfare and conservation in the UK and their cats are stunning!
