In celebration of the imminent release of the Veronica Mars movie (an event I have anticipated with fangirlish glee for precisely EVER), we bring you a delightful concoction known as the Marshmallow Marstini. It’s smooth, delicious, and delivers a decent kick, not unlike our heroine.
Marshmallow Marstini
- 1 oz. marshmallow vodka (vanilla will do, but let’s try to be authentic)
- 1.5 oz. Kahlua
- Float of heavy cream
- Marshmallow fluff for topping
Pour vodka into a martini glass. Over the back of a spoon, slowly pour the kahlua to layer. Do the same with a drizzle of heavy cream. Spoon marshmallow fluff carefully over the liquid without disturbing the layer. If you’ve got a lighter handy, you can lightly toast the fluff. What would Veronica do now? Shoot it, of course. Cheers!
