Comedian Dana Gould once said, “I’m going to live until I die, and everything in between is just another excuse to eat peanut butter,” and I agree wholeheartedly. As someone who could happily survive on a giant jar of peanut butter for weeks, I’m always looking for new ways to incorporate it into recipes. Usually that means making peanut butter cookies or muffins, but lately I’ve been experimenting with incorporating peanut butter into main dishes and it’s just as delicious. Since November is Peanut Butter Lover’s Month, it’s the perfect opportunity to discover the savory side of peanut butter for yourself!
