Admittedly, I’m not usually one for musicals, but the movie adaptation of Mama Mia is the exception. Abba’s songs are just so catchy that I can’t help but sing along, even if it’s terribly off-key. The second song in the film is one of my favorites: “Honey, Honey.” I know you can hear Amanda Seyfried belting it out already. Sing it with me: “Honey honey, how you thrill me, a-ha, honey honey!” And although Amanda might not have been singing about the honey made by bees, it does make a thrilling impression in the kitchen in a wide range of recipes. This roundup features everything from drinks and appies, to mains, sides, and desserts, and they’ll all have you singing in the kitchen in celebration of National Honey Month. All together now, “A-ha, honey, honey!”
