There are so many of us walking through life believing, possibly on a subconscious level, that we are unworthy. Many times it’s because we didn’t get the love, attention, nurturing etc…that we needed in our formative years. This may have lead to deep seated feelings of unworthiness, and unhealthy dynamics in our relationships as adults. The lovely @stacie.martin expresses it so well… that just because you didn’t receive these things you should have, doesn’t mean YOU were unworthy of it, or still are.
