In a chaotic and uncertain world, it helps to remember that good things are happening around us all the time. We think it’s important to pay attention to the good stuff. Here’s a roundup of uplifting stories to cheer your heart.
This viral post from a woman sitting next to two young boys at a New Orleans Saints game will warm your heart.
The boys’ father had dropped them off at the game (as they only had two tickets) and was waiting for them afterwards. Danielle Trahan was impressed by their manners. She ended up befriending the two and even got a big hug when the game ended. After her post went viral, Trahan managed to reconnect with the boys and announced they’d be attending a game together.
NBA player Dwyane Wade’s response to trolls who criticized his son’s outfit in this photo is a lesson for fathers everywhere on how to be a supportive parent.
After receiving hate for his son’s outfit, which included a crop top and fake nails, Wade had this response:
As a parent my only goal is that my kids feel that i see them , love them and support them. https://t.co/ZrJp9WFdbi

And this one:
I’ve seen some post-thanksgiving hate on social about my family photo. Stupidity is apart of this world we live in—so i get it. But here’s the thing—I’ve been chosen to lead my family not y’all. So we will continue to be us and support each other with pride, love & a smile! ✌🏾
