Popularly known as the honey process, the semi-dry process is somewhere between the dry and wet process. Similar to the wet process, after harvesting, the fruit is distinguished from the skin. After this, the remaining pulp is left for drying, similar to the dry process. The coffee produced through this comparatively less acidic than the wet process.
