Ready for ravioli? Of course you are! These small envelopes of pasta containing ground meat, cheese, or vegetables are quintessentially Italian, and quintessentially a comfort food. On this National Ravioli Day, we’re now one year into the Covid-19 pandemic, and comfort food sounds like a darn good idea. With this is mind, we’ve rounded up seven comforting recipes that take ravioli in surprising directions.
