Cold, wet, and rainy weather has finally taken over in sunny California and it has made for very hygge habitat in this home. And what better way to stave off the cold than with the warm light and scent of a candle? Our candle from Hillhouse Naturals is the perfect scent to encourage lots of cuddling with warm blankets.
Hillhouse Naturals is a family owned farm in Western Kentucky that began its journey in 1986. Then they grew and sold herbs and flowers locally. From there they began making homemade fragrances and oils from the things they grew; the things that reminded them of home. Today they offer a wide variety of candles, oils, and bath products that are still locally sourced. Their soy candles are still made with locally source soy beans, fresh from the owners Son-in-laws farm. Soy not only burns cleaner that paraffin wax but lasts a lot longer. Their motto is just as simple,
“Quality products made with care. Everything from the formulas to the packaging is designed and produced in-house to maintain the absolute quality and beauty Hillhouse is known for.”
Their Belgian Linen Candle is part of their Field + Fleur Line, inspired by the scents of nature around you. This two-wick candle can burn up to 85+ hours to fill your home with the scent of freshly cleaned laundry that’s been line-dried by the sun. A fresh, clean scent that smells warm and inviting.
We’re also loving their sweet Hanging Eucalyptus-Mint Mosquito Repellent Candle ($19.50) with 50+ burn hours!
And their Brand New Coconut Rosé Collection:
Follow Hillhouse Naturals on their journey to bring all the scents of home to every home.
