Music is powerful. It has the power to make us laugh, cry, dance, and drive faster. It also has the power to make us think, ask questions, and challenge authority. Music can take you back to an easier time in your life, or help you through the challenges you are facing right now. Music can be “of the moment” or “timeless,” but no matter what kind of music you enjoy, music can be healing and inspiring.

Kids are heading back to school while we’re still facing a public health crisis six months into this pandemic. It really is no surprise that alcohol sales have gone up during 2020. This month’s playlist is filled with drinking songs because, well, no one is going anywhere anyway.
